At Camp Life customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange based on the following terms:
1. Returns
Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized items.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales1@camplife.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be processed for returned items that meet our return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 business days for processing. The refund will be credited to your account within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if it has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
3. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange request.
Exchange Process: If your item qualifies for an exchange, we will ship a replacement item to you free of charge once we receive the returned item.
4. Shipping Fees
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may have already been processed for shipment, and cancellation may not be possible.
