Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website, you may return it to the Discovery Caravan & Outdoor Store for a refund, replacement or exchange within one month of purchase, provided that the conditions of our Refund and Exchange Policy have been met.
Conditions for refund or exchange
- We will refund or exchange a product provided that:
- There is a valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip/invoice
- It is within 31 days of the original purchase date
- It is in its original packaging or condition, i.e. the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable) and the product is unused.
- Refunds and/or exchanges will be accepted only at Discovery Caravan & Outdoor, provided that the above requirements are met.
- All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank.
How do I return or exchange a product?
If you wish to return or exchange something that you purchased online at www.camplife.co.za and have met the above conditions for refund or exchange, you can also do so in the following way:
- Return the selected item to the Discovery Caravan & Outdoor store together with your invoice and your credit card will be refunded or you will be refunded in cash (if applicable); OR
- Send the selected item back to Discovery Caravan & Outdoor, together with your invoice and you will be refunded via EFT with the appropriate amount. Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to us shall be incurred by the purchaser. The address details are as follows:

How do I return or exchange a product if it is damaged or incorrect?
If you wish to return something you have purchased online at www.camplife.co.za, because the item you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, you can do so in one of two ways:
Return the item to the Discovery Caravan & Outdoor together with your invoice, and we will refund or exchange your product ; OR
E-mail email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods and request Discovery Caravan & Outdoor to collect the product in question. We will send The Courier Guy to collect the damaged/incorrect product (at no cost to you) and replace it with the correct product.
